SG Resources Mississippi Closes $100 Million Credit Facility for the Southern Pines Energy Center Phase III Expansion

Spring, Texas - (September 23, 2008)—SGR Holdings, L.L.C. announced today that its subsidiary, SG Resources Mississippi, L.L.C. (SGRM), has closed a $100 million credit facility for its Phase III expansion of the Southern Pines Energy Center high deliverability natural gas storage facility in Greene County, Mississippi.

SGR Holdings Announces Commercial Service to Begin at the Southern Pines Energy Center in May 2008

Spring, Texas - (April 24, 2008)—SGR Holdings, L.L.C. announced today that its subsidiary, SG Resources Mississippi, L.L.C. (SGRM), will begin commercial service in May 2008 from the first of three new natural gas storage caverns at Southern Pines Energy Center located in Greene County, Mississippi.

SGR Holdings Announces Plans to Construct a Third Cavern at the Southern Pines Energy Center

Spring, Texas - (September 4, 2007)—SGR Holdings, L.L.C. announced today that its subsidiary, SG Resources Mississippi, L.L.C. (SGRM), has begun selling capacity from a third cavern of the Southern Pines Energy Center, a new salt-dome natural gas storage project located in Greene County, Mississippi. The in-service date for the third cavern will be in the Fall 2010 with final completion in Spring 2011.

SGR Holdings Announces Open Season for Natural GAs Storage at the Southern Pines Energy Center

Houston, Texas (November 05, 2003) – SGR Holdings, L.L.C. announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SG Resources Mississippi, L.L.C. (SGRM), will conduct an Open Season from November 05, 2003, through December 05, 2003, for firm storage services to be provided by its Southern Pines Energy Center. This open season is intended to gauge market interest in SGRM’s plan to extend the Southern Pines Energy Center storage header north to interconnect directly with Southern Natural Gas Company (SONAT) at Enterprise and Tennessee Gas Pipeline.
